Machine models may no longer be manufactured by the original OEM. QSI’s PMG team specializes in machinery rebuilds for our clients wanting to revive or retrofit any of their older machines, giving them a new life! In the below example, our customer has 100’s of molds designed for this exact model configuration and did not want to have to rework all of their molds to fit a new machine model. QSI took this customers machine and remanufactured it from the ground up. We added new hydraulics, new electrical control systems, new guarding, repaired or replaced any mechanical items that were damaged and painted the entire machine. The cost savings just on the machine alone were around 20% vs. buying a new machine.
